Return Eligibility
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition — unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
- It must include all original tags, labels, accessories, or packaging.
- The item must not be a part of any final sale, clearance, or promotional offer that disallows returns (this will be clearly mentioned at time of sale).
How to Request a Return
To start the return process:
- Email us at [email protected] with your full name, order number, contact number, and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 2 business days to confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
- You must return the item to the address provided in our response within 5 days of approval.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a wrong or defective item received.
Inspection and Approval
Once your returned item is received, we will inspect it for eligibility. We will notify you via email whether the return has been accepted or rejected. This process typically takes 2 to 3 business days after receiving the return.
Refund Method and Processing Time
All refunds are processed only in cash. If your return is approved:
- You will be contacted to arrange a suitable method, time, and location for the cash refund delivery or collection (depending on your area and availability).
- Cash refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days after return approval.
Please note: We do not offer refunds through bank transfers, digital wallets, or any other payment methods.
Late or Missing Refunds
If more than 7 business days have passed since your refund approval and you have not received your cash refund, please contact us again at [email protected] so we can assist you promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:
- Used or damaged items not caused by our error
- Items missing original packaging or tags
- Items returned after the 7-day window
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
Exchanges
We currently do not offer product exchanges. If you wish to get another item, please follow the return process and place a new order after your refund is completed.
